Spam Filtering Service for Outgoing Email Servers

1. Better accuracy of incoming spam filtering - We will track who you send email to so that when they reply they will be white listed. This improves the accuracy of our incoming email filtering.


2. Outgoing Virus Protection - We will scan your outgoing email for viruses so that if you have a problem it won't spread to others or get your server blacklisted.


3. Hack Protection - We will know if one of your email account or servers gets hacked and will be able to stop the hacker's outgoing email and alert you of the problem so you can fix it.


4. Advanced Testing - We apply advanced testing of outgoing emails looking for patterns of abuse. If we detect that something has been exploited we shut it down.


5. Blacklist Protection - You no longer have to worry about you IP address getting black listed. We send out the email for you from our IP space so your email won't get blocked because someone in your office gets a virus. Our servers are on many white lists making it more likely that your email will not be blocked by the recipient's email server as spam.


6. Port Blocking - You send us email on a nonstandard alternate port so that you can close off port 25 to the world blocking any viruses that may be in your office network. So even if your office is virus infected it won't matter.


7. Lower your bandwidth usage - Your server no longer has to retry email using up your bandwidth. Once you hand it off to us we will retry sending for you till the message is either delivered or times out.


8. Encryption - We support encrypted email connections between your email server and our email server so that no one can view your outgoing email. Our motto is, good encryption makes good neighbors.
